Our premade barns are a simple, budget friendly choice. The Standard Barn is less than 9′ tall and is excellent for the placements where overhead clearance is an issue. Base pricing of the Standard Barn includes:
- 4′ walls
- 3/4″ tongue and groove floor
- 8′ wide buildings are priced with a 4′ door with lock and key
- 10′ wide and larger are priced with a 6′ door with lock and key
- Painted buildings receive 3 coats of paint
- Roofing underlayment
- 40-year metal roof or 30-year dimensional shingles
- 7-year workmanship warranty
- Free delivery within 50 miles of the nearest display lot
